Michael Cole An accountant by profession, Michael is now the technical and operational head of the Sage Solution centre. He still works very much on day to day support and implementations, as well as being the ultimate technical ‘go to’ man for his team of support technicians.
Peter Green The founder of CSS, now spending more time in the IT side of the business, but always working strategically with Michael focussing on customer care and business development.

Rachel Cook Support technician now back with us after maternity leave, Rachel is a familiar voice to all our customers and has been part of the CSS team through all our recent growth and success.
Harley Peek The most recent support technician to join us and usually office based, Harley has quickly become a regular feature for clients calling in to the Support Line. Harley is also studying for his AAT qualification.
Della Wyatt Della works in Customer Services rather than technical support, and in doing so has the vital role of dealing with all the admin for the support contracts, year ends, renewals etc. 'Although I do not get to meet the customers very often, it is really nice when they call up and I can get to know them and help sort out queries for them'.
Cheryl King Also providing Customer Services and admin support to staff and customers alike, Cheryl has been with CSS since 1998. In that time she has seen all the change and development and is always the first to remind us all that 'the customer comes first'!
